Why a map engine
A whole planet, inside the system you already run
Business data has an address. datamind.earth gives DataMind OS its own map of the world, so locations, regions and routes sit on a basemap that matches the rest of your reports and never leaks a query to a third party.
Global
Every country, every street. A planet-wide vector basemap built from OpenStreetMap, zoom 0 to 15, refreshed every week, labelled in English.
3D
Terrain from the Copernicus 30 m elevation model, soft hillshade and buildings at their mapped heights. Pitch the camera and the city stands up.
Private by design
Tiles go only to DataMind OS installations with a valid key. The key stays on your server, never in a browser, and no request is logged with an IP address or a key.
Works offline
Styles and fonts are immutable and cached for a year, tiles for seven days inside your DataMind OS. The maps your team has opened keep working when the connection does not.
Export-ready
One style for the screen and for the page: reports, PDFs and scheduled emails render the same map, with the OpenStreetMap credit kept inside every image.
How it reaches you
Your browser talks to your OS. Your OS talks to the engine.
DataMind OS fetches tiles on your behalf, adds its key on the server and keeps a seven-day cache. The engine checks the key, answers, and forgets the request.

- 0–15zoom levels, planet-wide
- Weeklybasemap refresh, gated by tests
- 30 mterrain, Copernicus GLO-30

Maps arrive with DataMind OS
datamind.earth has no public API and no separate plan. It is part of DataMind OS, the Intelligent Data OS: connect, model, decide and govern your data in one system, now with a map of the world built in.
